Pricing & Payments

All pricing will be clearly mentioned in quotations or invoices. Taxes such as GST/IGST apply as per Indian regulations. Payments must be made only to company-authorized bank accounts. International clients may pay via:

• - SWIFT/TT Wire Transfer
• - Credit/Debit Cards
• - Online Banking

International Payments

All international transactions are processed through ICICI Bank’s secure gateway. Charges for currency conversions and transfer fees are borne by the client.

Delivery of Services

Training, inspection, consultancy, and equipment delivery timelines are as per mutually agreed terms in quotations or purchase orders.

Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds apply only to duplicate payments, cancellations from our side, or incorrect/damaged delivery.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide correct information, not misuse content/equipment, and comply with regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials remain intellectual property of RVS Globe and cannot be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

RVS Globe is not liable for third-party delays, internet failures, misuse of equipment, or indirect losses. Liability is limited to the service/product value.

Privacy & Security

Personal/payment information is handled as per our Privacy Policy using secure, encrypted systems.

Governing Law

These Terms follow Indian laws. Disputes fall under Hyderabad, Telangana jurisdiction.
