Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Refund Terms

We aim to provide high-quality services and products. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be approved. By availing our services or purchasing equipment, you agree to this policy.

Training Services

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • - Duplicate or accidental payment
  • - Training cancelled or postponed by RVS Globe
  • - Course postponed beyond 30 days from the scheduled start date (optional refund)

No refund will be provided if:

  • - The student has already attended any class/session
  • - Training materials, certificates, or login credentials have been issued
  • - The trainee decides to withdraw after the course has started

Inspection & Consultancy Services

Refunds will not be applicable once:

  • - Manpower has been allocated
  • - Inspection has commenced or completed
  • - Reports have been issued

If RVS Globe cancels the service due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued.

Equipment Sales & Calibration

Refunds apply only if:

  • - Wrong product delivered
  • - Product delivered is damaged or defective (must be reported within 24 hours)
  • - Calibration certificate is incorrect

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • - Equipment has been used
  • - Calibration certificate has been issued
  • - Damage occurs due to customer handling, storage, or misuse

Order Cancellation

  • - Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • - Once the item is shipped, cancellation or refund is not possible.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds will be made only to the original payment method/account used during purchase.

International Refunds

  • - All bank charges, forex conversion fees, or international transfer fees must be borne by the customer.
  • - Refund value may vary based on exchange rate fluctuations.

No-Show or Non-Participation (Training)

If a trainee does not participate, attend, or respond after registration:

  • - The fee is non-refundable.
  • - Batch transfer may be offered on special approval (subject to seat availability)

Force Majeure

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by events outside our control including:

  • - Natural disasters
  • - Government restrictions
  • - Political disturbances
  • - Pandemic lockdowns
