Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

We dispatch orders within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on customer location and courier partner availability. We use trusted courier services including DTDC, Blue Dart, FedEx, Professional Couriers, and others. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, distance, and mode of transport.

International Shipping

For overseas customers, orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or other reliable logistics partners. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. All customs duties, import taxes, and international handling fees must be borne by the customer.

Order Processing Time

Orders received before 3 PM (IST) will be processed the same business day. Orders received after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day. Processing time may vary for customized equipment or special calibration requirements.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the shipment is dispatched. Customers can track orders using provided tracking numbers on the respective courier websites.

Delays in Delivery

RVS Globe is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • - Courier/logistics partners
  • - Weather or natural calamities
  • - Customs clearance processes
  • - Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

In case of damaged or missing items, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs/video proof. Replacement or service support will be provided after verification.

Packaging

All equipment is packed securely using industry-standard packaging materials to ensure safe transit. Special packaging may be used for sensitive or calibration-required instruments.

Change of Shipping Address

Address change requests must be submitted before dispatch. Once shipment is dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
